Under way for New York Fashion Week, Jenny Packham unleashed eclectic embellishments for the Spring/Summer 2017 collection. Kien Hoang, the lead hair stylist from Oribe, spoke about giving the models a sleek, yet airy hairstyle, complementary of the billowy pieces in the collection. The front of the hair looked voluminous, while Kien created a bun or ponytail in the back, seen in recent red carpet looks. As for the makeup, lead make-up artist Bobbi Brown touched on the modern take on the pretty rock-n-roll vibe she was going for for the face. Focusing on the on-the-go downtown aesthetic, Bobbi mentioned using the retouching wand and giving the models natural no-makeup looks. While some models walked down the aisle in glitzy, floor-length dresses, their makeup were still minimal courtesy of the eye glosses used to give them that after party dewiness. The models also sported statement earrings for that effortless glamor aligned with their embellished gowns. Each model appeared as if they were just floating down the runway for the Jenny Packham show.
